OwnerBuilder Direct provides sourcing support, manufacturer and professional introductions, coordination support, document collection, project advisory, and related services.
OwnerBuilder Direct does not sell building products, certify compliance, provide engineering advice, provide legal advice, provide financial advice, provide insurance advice, or act as the builder unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Clients contract directly with manufacturers and service providers and must obtain their own professional advice before purchasing or installing products.
